I want to pipe the contents of a log/s file using the tail -f command through notify-send. I figured out how to do it with zentiy, but i wanted to have a pop-up when new data enters the log. notify-send is the only thing i could come up with, but it doesn't seem to work with the pipe command. am i missing something? any ideas are greatly appreciated.
