Hi i need a script that queries a particular MYSQL table and emails the contents off particular fields.

That would email the litteral mysql command with all it's arguments and not the output. I would suggest the following

Code:
mysql -u $user -p $password -h $host $dbname -e 'sql-statement' | mail -s "$subject" email@address

indeed. I forgot command substitution:

mail -s'subject' name@machine.dom <<EOF
$(mysql -h"$Host" -D"$Base" -u"$User" -p"$Passwd" -Ne 'mysql statement')
EOF
