internet control script

Hi,

i need a script to control my PC's net. I want a bash script with iptables to do that cause i want to manipulate from web. Simple with 2 buttons net down or net up for a certain IP. Thx a lot.

Hi, you give so little info that it's difficult to script something that would actually work.
I do note however that generally operating systems (including linux, bsd, solaris, windows) have a gui app already that does what you want. :)

I dont have gui. This is a gateway with apache, php and iptables. The OS is slackware 12.0. At this gateway is connected 7 PC with WinXP and static IP's. So my boss wants to control the internet access for this PC's. This means that the internet defaultly not working only when my boss wants. He asked me ti make a webpage with buttons for the pC's like:

x PC: Net UP - Net Down
y PC: Net UP - Net Down
z PC: Net UP - Net Down

I think it;s possible with IPTables with a bash script but I dont know how. I code in PHP so if someone could make the bash script I will make the PHP gui.
